A consensus emerged at the expo forum: electronics contract manufacturing is rapidly transitioning from a "fragmented outsourcing" model to a "one-stop integrated" model. Previously, customers had to deal with 5-8 suppliers: PCB fab, stencil supplier, component distributor, SMT shop, assembly plant, logistics — complex coordination with high error risk. Now everything is integrated into a single platform. The customer communicates with a single project manager who takes full responsibility for quality, lead time, and cost.
This model is especially in demand among small/medium hardware companies and overseas customers — they often lack the resources to manage multiple suppliers and are unfamiliar with Asian supply chains, yet urgently need competitive manufacturing.
